Fee schedule

I'm currently in the process of getting credentialed with insurance companies, until than,

Standart fee per individual session: $150 

Household income < 100K / year (shown by tax return): $100

Household income < 50K / year (shown by tax return): $75

No show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice):

Unless there is an emergency, a no-show will be charged $50, cash only.

Do not come into the office if you are sick, a tele-health session can be arranged.
